Hi, my website is chiropracticscience.com . I run a podcast called chiropracticscience from my site and have for several years using Enfold without problems. I recently upgraded to new hosting on godaddy (but was with godaddy before also) and the old archived site is still available as http://z9q.9ce.myftpupload.com/
Here is the issue I’m having. My RSS feed should show both the description and episode details for the podcast. My iTunes feed was submitted years ago as https://chiropracticscience.com/?feed=podcast
Currently on the existing chiropracticscience.com site:
– the RSS feed https://chiropracticscience.com/?feed=podcast only shows the description and no episode details and iTunes is showing an error with the feed and that no episodes are available.
– the RSS feed https://chiropracticscience.com/feed/podcast works intermittently showing both description and episode detailsOn the archived http://z9q.9ce.myftpupload.com/ site:
– both RSS feeds seem to work fine…http://z9q.9ce.myftpupload.com/?feed=podcast and http://z9q.9ce.myftpupload.com/feed/podcastI have version 4.5.2 of Enfold installed on the archived site that seems to work normally and version 4.5.7 on the new site that seems to not be working. On the new site that is not working properly, I turned off all plugins except for the podcasting plugin and still the same result. So, I am thinking it is the theme.
Can I revert back to 4.5.2 and if so, please provide instructions on how to do that so I can see if this solves the problem. Also if it were to fix it, what would we do?

When I compare
https://chiropracticscience.com/?feed=podcast
http://z9q.9ce.myftpupload.com/?feed=podcast
both feeds look the same, but to answer your question you can roll back by renaming your theme folder via ftp to “enfold-new” then upload your old version as “enfold” via ftp and then check your site.
If you wish to undo this simply rename your old version to “enfold-old” via ftp and your original version to “enfold”Basically whichever version is named “enfold” will be the one that is loaded and the one named “enfold-x” will not be loaded.
I hope this makes sense, please let us know if we can be of more assistance.Best regards,

Yes, they are the same now. I managed to revert back to a backup I had when the site was working fine. In addition, it seemed like an error on the server was part of the issue too.
OK thanks. I think your suggestion makes sense. Where can I download version 4.5.2?

June 23, 2019 at 10:01 pm #1112763June 24, 2019 at 7:52 pm #1112988OK, I uploaded via ftp and switched to version 4.5.7. Filezilla ftp failed transfer of 1 file (1 0 4 home 15 p32142652852517 4 html 10 wp-content 6 themes 11 enfold4.5.7 18 config-layerslider 11 LayerSlider 6 static 5 pixie 6 assets 6 images 8 stickers). Otherwise it seems to be working ok. Should I worry about this file that FileZilla failed to transfer for version 4.5.7?
Also, previous to this, I tried to just update in wordpress to version 4.5.7 and it crashed the site. Here was the error I received at that time:
Warning: require_once(config-layerslider/config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data01/52/42652852/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 39

The site is experiencing technical difficulties.June 25, 2019 at 2:41 am #1113071Hi,
Typically when FileZilla reports a failed transfer I retry to upload the file and that solves, naturally, a failed file can cause an issue.
While this may not be your issue, please re-try to rule it out.
If it doesn’t help please include an admin login and ftp access so we can investigate.Best regards,
Mike -
