    I have two sites using the Enfold theme, both with support time on them. I am trying to register a personal token following the instructions given here https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration, but it keeps rejecting it.

    I have checked the permissions and all seems to be as specified, except that in the instructions it says to tick “View your …. etc” and on the list I see it says “View the users … etc”. I don’t know if this is significant?

    Please help!

    Hey Jan,

    What does it say on the backend of the theme when you add it there? Are you getting 403 errors? If so then please try to check this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5. If that doesn’t help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Bizarrely I have juts tried it again (a day later) and it seems to have worked!
