    The blog page with the blog post module no longer displays grid layout, even though those settings remain the same. Even with all plugins disabled it just shows a single author layout.

    Hey m s,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I went to Enfold > Blog Layout > Blog Layout, and set this to Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog layout (simply edit the page you have chosen in Enfold->Theme Options as a blog page) and it worked fine.
