    HI,

    We have a ready to launch Website with self produced video.

    On Mobile Side everthing works like expected. If User clicks on Fallback Image Video is played in Lightbox.
    ‘
    On Desktop Side Play Icon is not Shown. If you click in the Video it ‘sometimes’ starts to Play.

    Just a Play Icon ( or simply the Fallback Image) should be shown not Full Player Controls.

    Please Advise.

    There should be an option to show control in the fullscreen slider here

    hi victoria,

    we tried everything ;)

    1.) Play Button is not Shown

    2.)
    Video playback won’t start reliable on Chrome.
    Video is NOT on Autoplay. ( regarding to https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes )

    Please advise.
