Please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ using your purchase code and then login and refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a personal token to insert in Enfold theme options.
Please note, if you are using an Enfold version older than 4.5, you would need to refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/ and manually update the theme.
