When I try to edit our terms of business page, and only that page, the contents of the page do not display in the advanced layout editor. The contents do display the the default editor. I have refreshed it and updated everything and tried again but nothing is displayed.
Any help greatly appreciated.
June 15, 2019 at 12:31 pm #1110645Hey divisionx,
Thanks for the details, I get the same problem on my end. What happens if you select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?
Best regards,
RikardJune 15, 2019 at 1:16 pm #1110651If I select classic editor in the main page of the theme options, it still displays the Avia Layout Editor and no content as before. Except this time I get a popup box telling me to use the Avia Layout Builder.
If I select “Disable advance layout builder preview in back-end” it still displays the Avia Layout Builder.as above.
The only way to make it work is to edit it using the classic editor.

June 16, 2019 at 5:09 am #1110749Hi,
Thanks for the update. I wanted to enable debug mode to see if they shortcodes might be available but Appearance->Editor is not available on your installation. Could you enable it or post FTP details in private please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
Best regards,

I have enabled debug mode as you requested.
June 17, 2019 at 3:54 am #1110891Hi,
Thanks for that, the content showed up in the debug window but there is something very strange happening when I try to add it to a Text Block element. It redirects to a blank page with your support email, is there any redirect code in your content? Also, it looks like it’s copied from somewhere since it has a lot of empty html markup? I copies the content to a pastebin which you can find in private.
Best regards,
RikardJune 17, 2019 at 5:58 am #1110932Yes, I wrote the HTML years ago, and its been working fine. I am thinking the best solution is to save the content, delete the page altogether create it again. It doesn’t fix the underlying issue but it will achieve what I need. What do you think?
