Audio Player - non stop after playing last song, only in some posts - Support

Hi,

I wrote you a topic (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/audio-player-non-stop-after-playing-last-song/) one month ago more or less.

All posts have 4 languages. Now, all posts are working correctly but there are 3 languages of 4 of one post that doesn’t work correctly. These 3 languages of the post don’t stop after playing the last song. The other language of 4 stops after playing the last song.

P.ex:
Non stop after playing the last song:

What could it happen?

Hi Jordi,

Does this still happen even trying the fix mentioned in: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/audio-player-non-stop-after-playing-last-song/#post-1101091 ?
Does it happen in all browsers?

Hi Nikko,

Yes, I have to update all at the last version.

I’ve checked it with chrome, firefox and safari and the bug is in all of them.

Hi Jordi,

As far as I know this was already fixed in 4.5.7 but since you’re having this issue, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
  ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hi Jordi,

I have checked it but I could not find the cause of the issue but it might be fetching the cache from caching plugin on translated pages.
Can you try to flush out the cache and deactivate it temporarily and switch to the Enfold parent theme? let us know if this helps fix the issue
