    After the latest updates our site crashed, and we could not edit pages or view some elements of the site. I tested all plugins and updated everything to the latest versions. I have restored some functionality, but there are still major issues. I noticed a flood of similar complaints and issues in your forum over the last couple of hours, so I would guess this is a systemic problem. We need assistance with this ASAP. Please advise.

    Hey cobalt_blue_1,

    I haven’t seen the flood of complaints you are referring to, could you link an example maybe? If you can’t give us access to your site then it will be difficult to help you out as I see that you are running the latest version of the theme and that is working as it should for the vast majority of our users.

    Did you see the first page of our site? The slider is outside the bounding box, for one. Lines are not rendering properly and etc. Before I updated the first page would not render at all. You could only see the header. I saw several similar complaints about bounding issues come in yesterday at the same time. How were those issues resolved?

    No I didn’t check your site since you were referring to problems on the backend. I can’t see the problems you are mentioning now though, please see private for what I see on my end.
