    I’ve just noticed that the text from my “About US” page is actually appearing in the navigation menu when viewed on an iPhone/smartphone sized device. I’ve included a link to a screenshot below – not sure how this happened as it’s not showing on other menus?

    Hey databuzz,

    You should be able to remove that under Appearance->Menus, tick the Description box under Screen Options in the top right hand corner of screen. You should see the Description box under the menu item in question after that.
