    3 days and still no reply for my support requests. A few others were answered in an average of 2 days. This is not acceptable.

    Depending on how many support requests they get, it can also take longer than 3 days.

    Of course it is. Kriesi does not have to provide support. It is optional so just calm down a bit. They are doing a great job.

    I have not seen any of your threads today. Have they bee answered? Also if you comment on the threads, they are considered updated and are put to the end of the queue.
