    I am not having any success in updating the theme on wordpress (enfold) for a site I built. The theme is currently 3.8.4 and I am trying to update to 4.5.7. There is a child theme installed. I tried to update via the options/update theme and this had an error – An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided. I also then tried to upload via the suggestions in your post for updating with a zipped file via the theme update (I added the plugin Update theme and plugins from a zip file), and this timed its self out.

    Can you look as to why there is an issue?

    Can I assume you are working on this as the theme is showing as broken and a style sheet is missing. So the theme is reverting to the default theme?
