    Hello,
    We recently installed Enfold on a clients website and when we did all of their portfolio items have disappeared. Before they were using a really old copy of Avada. The tags are still there and show a count next them showing they are being used, but when you click on a tag there is nothing there.

    How do I bring their portfolio back? I’ve supplied admin details so that you can see the problem as well.

    Hey bigwavebusiness,
    Sorry for the late reply, when I look at your portfolio items nothing shows, but when I look at your portfolio tags I do see the counts, and I can click “view” from the backend and see the page.
    I’m guessing that Avada stores the portfolio items in a way that Enfold doesn’t recognize, unfortunately I don’t have a solution for you to convert them other than reposting them.

    The ability to even see portfolio items in the dashboard has magically disappeared for me as well since the update. No updates on this? The only way I can edit them is to go into the Media Files and see which images are attached to Portfolio items.

    Sorry, Avada and Enfold are very different and are not meant to merge, I wish I had better news for you.

    Hi,
    Yes, but you said the site was built using a really old copy of Avada, before Enfold was added, correct?
