    I have setup a custom 404 page.

The 404 page in backend: https://ibb.co/PCKwH2g
    The settings in Enfold: https://ibb.co/8N8L3XS

However, when I call a page on the frontend, which does not exist, it stays with that page, example https://pickersplace.de/fooooo/. It does not redirect to https://pickersplace.de/hoppla/.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you.

    Hey mailworm,
Sorry for the late reply, thanks for the screenshots, but I couldn’t see your site, perhaps you are blocking some IP addresses.
Your 404 page option looks like it’s an older version than 4.5.7, there were some issues a while back, here is how it should look now:
    2019-05-25-192753
you will want to choose the “redirect to selected page” option.
If this doesn’t help Please include an admin login in the Private Content area.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Thanks for your feedback, sometimes when you try to download the latest version from Theme Forest the version numbers are not shown correctly. Please try downloading anyways and open the “style.css” in the root folder and look at line 4 to see the version number:
    2019-05-27-233006
You will need to update this version via ftp.
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.
This is the easiest way to update, first, rename your current theme to “enfold-old” then upload the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly.
Once you are happy you, can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.
**This assumes that your current theme folder is “enfold”

    Best regards,
    Mike
