May 25, 2019 at 8:09 pm #1104202Hey Chris_85,
Sorry for the late reply, I see in your child theme you have an old version of the “header.php” please try updating to the latest version, please don’t forget to add your custom header code to the new header.php and save your current one as a backup.
Then clear your browser cache, if this doesn’t help try disabling your plugins and clear your browser cache again.Best regards,

ChrisMay 30, 2019 at 6:29 am #1105347Hi Chris,
I have tried to flush out the cache and temporarily disable wp super cache and autoptimize plugin and disabled js/css merging and minification to see clearer the error on the web console.
I get the following result in the screenshot in private content.
Can you try to flush out the cache and temporarily disable all plugins and switch it to the parent theme? maybe plugins or some codes in the child theme are causing it.Best regards,
NikkoJune 3, 2019 at 3:09 pm #1106725Hi,
thanks for your answer. When i disable all plugins i git the following error in the web consol (look to provate section)
Can you tell me where this error came from? In my opinion, it has nothing to do with the child theme !!!
Best regards
June 4, 2019 at 5:10 am #1106915Hi,
Thanks for the update, what happens if you remove any dots or special characters in the file name? You could try to upload the same file named just test for instance.
Best regards,

even if I remove the video with the dots in the name, the error remains. Any other solutions?
Best regards

June 7, 2019 at 2:29 pm #1108267Hi Chris,
Thanks for your patience, I was focusing too much on the error when it was actually missing a fallback image that’s why that error appears.
Videos in the slider is disabled on mobile devices because of performance and bandwidth issues.
The only workaround for this is either to use fallback image or hide the slider in mobile and use a Video element.
We apologize for the inconvenience :(Best regards,
