Hi, need urgent help,
tired of trying out to import demo themes and failed with all the options. Please consider this request as priority and someone please help.

What demo are you trying to import? is it the construction?

It seems most of it is already imported except for the images and layerslider.
I was able to import the layerslider, however for the featured images I could not assign it because of permission issues (error 403, see screenshot).Best regards,

Yes, we’ll try to help get it up on your site.
How do i import the images from the theme and upload?
There are 2 ways one is going to Enfold > Demo Import and the other one is via xml (Tools > Import), however there’s some security issue (as shown in the first screenshot).
I tried to add some image manually but I got an http error (2nd screenshot in private content), I think if the security and http error issue is fixed, I think the demo import will work flawlessly.

I think if the import worked without issues, then you should have it exactly like the demo.Best regards,

How do i get the security stuff fixed, should i ask the hosting service provider to provide some permission or could i do that in the hosting control panel?
please advise
