    Hi,
    I’m currently using Enfold. I would like to access support by asking a question on the forum although my employer doesn’t know/have record of details when purchased.
    Could you tell me what’s needed to access the forum?

    To register and access the forum, you’ll need the purchase code and register here: https://kriesi.at/support/register/
    to find your purchase code, go to the link I gave and click on Where can I find my item purchase code?.

    Does a customer receive the purchase code by email after purchasing Enfold?

    Hi Filipe,

    As far as I know, purchase code aren’t sent via email.
    You’ll need themeforest or Envato market account to login and get the purchase code.
