    Hi there,

    We’re building a new website for one of our clients and for some reason the Google Maps element won’t work at all. The API key is verified to be working fine but using the maps element shows only a blank space. We have activated all 7 API services for Google Maps but it just won’t work!

    1. Created a new API Key with ALL MAPS related services activated – the theme won’t validate
    2. Used an existing (non-restrcited) API Key and while the theme validates the API, it doesn’t really work as the page only shows up blank

    We also noticed that no new plugins or extensions work. For example, we’ve been trying to use Logo Showcase slider but the front-end won’t show anything!

    Hi guys,

    We’ve been waiting for the support to review our request and help resolve this issue. It’s been a day with no update. Quite unlike the experience we’ve had with our tickets in the past.

    Please may I request you to look into this urgently?
