Question about taxonomies for Portfolio entries

Hello,

I have a search results page where I currently display all taxonomies using <?php the_taxonomies(); ?> , but I’d like to only display portfolio categories (not loving Tags being there as the_taxonomies(); will normally display. What would be the right call to only display portfolio categories and not all taxonomies? Also, I would like to remove the ‘Portfolio Categories’ label from there as well (and add my own label). See below for a sample of where this displays.
