Hello, I am having issues with a page on my build site. It looks great on desktop, mobile and ipad portrait but it crushes together on landscape.

Can you suggest a solution please? I know there is an option to hide it but I think the client will want it visible on all formats.

Your help would be greatly appreciated

    Hey bauchope,
I took a look at your site and many of the pages, but I’m not sure which page you are referring to, is it the “News” page?
If so, I would recommend reducing the font size, or using a second element that only shows at this size but with only 3 columns, or 2 columns so it displays better.
I don’t have an iPad but I’m trying to simulate it in landscape as 1024px x 768px.
    Can you include a screenshot?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Thank you, this helps a lot.
I see the email addresses overlap, typically I would suggest using css “word break” to create two lines for the text, but that may not be satisfactory because it’s an email address.
The other option would be to make the text smaller, but the email addresses are so long, the text would be very small, so probably not satisfactory.
So I would suggest changing the number of columns down to two for this screen size.
I would clone the entire page and placing it below the current page with the new column layout and setting it’s visibility only for the screen size when the overlap is happening, otherwise have it hidden for all other sizes.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Glad to help, I assume we can close this now, but I like to ask first. Shall we close this then?

    Best regards,
    Mike
