I’ve bought the Enfold theme recently and use it on one website.
Can I use it on another website?
1. Am I allowed to?
2. Will I receive updates?

You would need a new license for each new site. As long as the theme has a unique license attached to it you will receive updates.

Yes, if the site is under development then you can use the same license and buy a new one once you have launched it. You could have problems with automatic updates if you do though.

Yes, the Child Theme doesn’t seem to work. No styles I enter are shown as a result or in the inspector. My basic way of testing ist p {color:red !important}.

Please make sure to flush cache and refresh your page a few times.
