    I live a problem with the demo theme import with my turkish hosting provider. We have set all the settings php memory and limit. The demo import is not successfull. But in german hosting i dont live any problem. do you have any ip blocker or protection in Demo import? can you check this please ?
    my all domains and hosting are in turkish hosting. therefore this issue is very important. The hosting provider is veridyen.com

    no, there is no issues from our side.
    most probably the problem is on the hosting provider – probably nothing we can do from our side
