Italics not working in Accordion element content area.

I post in the URL below.

Italics are working fine in regular text boxes, so …. ?

Is there a quick CSS fix for this, or am I missing something?

Thank you for all of your help?!

    Hi Richard,

Formatting will not carry over from documents created in Word for instance, you would have to add html markup to the content:

    <i>this is italic text</i>

Have a look if you can get that working and we’ll look at your other problem after that.

    Best regards,

    Thank you Rikard.

I’m not interested in adding markup for Italics, I want to work within the limits of WP and the theme. Period.

Yes please take a look at the baffling error code in that page I posted in above. I could and will rebuild it if it can’t be repaired, but I need to know what happened so I can avoid it in the future. It must have been something I did! … but what?

    With great appreciation,”

    Hi Richard,

Ok, but in web development you will need to add markup or CSS if you want your text to be italic. It won’t carry over from software like Word unfortunately.
