Just like the title reads. I’m running 4.5.6 on WordPress 5.1.1 and when I go to edit a Text Block in Advanced Layout Builder the “Visual” & “Text” tabs are not there! Hopefully this is an easy fix. Thanks!

    Hi Newpz1984,

Thanks for that. What happens if you update your site URL to https at the URL in private?

    Best regards,

    Hi nationalintel,

Please open a new thread and include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

You might want to consider getting your site cleaned at a service like Sucuri.

    Hi Newpz1984,

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Victoria,
All plugins have been disable one by one and the problem still persists!
Yes, most of the pages are empty as I have just started building the website.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I’m seeing the tabs fine when editing a text block on the page in question though, could you try from another browser if you still can’t see them please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Rikard,

So I don’t know the issue… but when I logged out of my admin user and logged in with the credentials I gave you for access… the VISUAL & TEXT tabs showed up again! I’ll just use that Admin user to build the site… Whatever works right!?

    Thank You

    Hi Newpz1984,

Great, I’m glad that it started working. Maybe you could try to delete the old user and then create a new one if you still want to have the same username?

Thanks @cg for helping out :-)

    Best regards,
    Rikard
