    Support:
    I am running into the Destination Folder Exists error when trying to update Enfold. In many of the answers you provide you’ve told users to delete the Enfold folder. I am not the site admin, so I don’t have rights to delete the folder.

    What do I do?

    Hi Norm,

    Do you have FTP access? If so then you could rename the old version of Enfold, then activate it again under Appearance->Themes. Then upload the new version after that and activate it.
