Hello, I’m trying to figure out how to resolve a theme conflict with Simple Job Board. The Field Labels do not appear on the Application Form at the bottom of each listing. Changing to the Twenty-Seventeen theme fixes it so it’s not a plugin conflict. The plugin support tells me to contact the theme developer, so hopefully you can help! – Thank you!

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
Best regards,
BasilisMay 16, 2019 at 5:04 pm #1101517The plugin author, PressTigers, says “Its very weird response from their side as there theme script is conflicting with our Job Board.” So unfortunately now we’re at the point where both you and the plugin developer are pointing fingers at each other. How would you suggest we proceed to solve this problem?
May 18, 2019 at 5:43 am #1101983Hi,
What exactly is conflicting with what? Please try to be as specific as possible. What is the form supposed to look like? Note that the theme cannot be compatible with all plugins out there.

RikardMay 30, 2019 at 7:52 pm #1105487That’s what I’m trying to find out. All I know is what I told you, that all of a sudden the field labels (Name, Email) in the form at the bottom of the page do not appear, it’s just a blank field. Changing to another theme fixes the problem, so of course the plugin developer blames the theme. I also tried deactivating plugins and that didn’t help, so it’s not a plugin conflict.

It is probably just a css conflict. I could not reach your website, though. Are you or your hosting provider blocking locations?

Thanks for the update, your site is loading fine on my end now but I get a 404 error on the link you posted.
