Hello,
Today I’ve installed the free version of Ninja forms. I created a new form on it, published it.
Then I created a new page with only a shortcode of the form. I called the page “test”. I published this in private. Because it was meant to perform form tests with Google Tag Manager.
Ever since, all functions were broken. The test form wouldnt even load. And the whole website content dissapeared in front end. Clearing caches and cookies did not work. Though the back-end content seems just fine.
I’ve even removed the test page and uninstalled Ninja forms. The issue isn’t fixed.
Could you please look at this ASAP? We’ve got Google Ads campaign running for this website.
Kind regards,
PS: I did not back-up prior to these changes..

Thank you for contacting us.
After making any changes to your site please clear the browser and server cache to view the changes.
If you haven’t cleared the cache yet, please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
I also see a syntax error in the browser console. A plugin conflict or a custom code may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayMay 9, 2019 at 3:30 pm #1098953Hello,
I’ve found the culprit: It was the plugin Hummingbird Pro.
It’s odd though – as this never caused any issues before.
Any idea what I should do next?
