Hi
We use the Enfold team member element for showing members of a club.
Unfortunately it seems that this elements are not responsive.
When we resize the screen, it looks very bad.
Can you give us some hints, how we make it responsive?
See login and example in the private content section.
Thanks very much.
Best regards
Hey Michael,
This is happening when you resize the screen, but what is happening if you load the page from your mobile phone? it is looking correctly, right?
Best regards,
Basilis
Hi Basils
Yes, when we load the page from the mobile phone, it is looking correctly.
But shouldn’t it look also correctly, when we resize the screen? Other elements also work when resizing.
For example, when someone wants to work with the website and resizes the Browser window for having access to another window, it looks very bad. See screenshot mentionned below.
Also the counters are cutted, when resizing, but this problem also is on the mobile devices.
You can check it out with the page mentionned in the private content section.
And we also have a problem with email addresses, which we add below the team member with a symbol list. It cuts the email address, when it is long.
Do you have any solutions for this problems?
Hi,
No, it should not look on the desktop.
We are using technology that resize the elements based on browser so on mobile browsers it works fine. This is why the issue is happening on this element, because it is based on JS.

Basilis
Hi Basils
So, for the resizing problem you do not have a solution?
Best regards
Mike
Hi,
There is no solution for this as it is not a problem actually. Resizing is not a technique to test those type of things.

Hi Basils
Ok. Thanks.
You can close this issue.
