GuestAfter years, my Enfold user/support account is no longer there. I am in the middle of an issue and tried to log in to respond to an answer, and it cannot find my email or login credentials. I just purchased an extended 6-months support.
How do I reinstate my account and get all the issues data back?

I searched our database however email address you shared does not exist. Have you used another email?
I also checked your purchase code and it is not registered as well. If you would like to create a new account, you can register to our support forum using your purchase code here – and then start a new thread under Enfold sub forum.
Please make sure to elaborate on the issue you are having/changes you would like to make on your thread. If you would like to include screenshots, you can upload them on http://imgur.com, https://snag.gy or Dropbox public folder and attach the links in your posts :)

GuestThis account was deleted right in the middle of an issue. It is as simple as that. So, what you are saying is that I must reregister?
I have current support paid for. I have been regisetred since abpout 2014 and have had 25 topics and 111 replies tio issues over the years, as you can still see here in my vanished acopunt https://kriesi.at/support/profile/blaircomm/
Also, I have included the issue in the works—https://kriesi.at/support/topic/form-not-showing-up/#post-1095843—and prhaps you can ask Jordan Shannon if he deleted the account, because he was the last to reply earlier today.
I think this all goes back to how Envato now tracks purchases with a code, which also was validated as you can see below.

E-mail: (Email address hidden if logged out)If you cannot find my account yet your system shows my account as registered, what exactly is going on? Sounds to me like you have a corrupt database. Especially since I have always had registered products with you.

Your account is not deleted however it does not match with email you shared. I attached correct email address in private content field.

If you would like us to edit your old account and update your email, we can simply delete your new account “blaircomm1” and use your new email on your old account :)

GuestI will just use the new account—”blaircomm1.” If you can merge the old one into the new one good, if not—you can just delete the old account.
You guys have been a very important resource for help over the years, and I have many websites developed for clients with Enfold.

Alright!
If you would like to keep the information on your other account, we can simply keep it. We do not delete accounts unless users request it.
If you decide to use your other license on a website and to give that purchase code to one of your clients, then we are going to need to delete the account to free the purchase code :)And thanks for your kind words! We always appreciate loyal Enfold users and try to improve the theme with each update to show our appreciation :)
