    I volunteer for a UK charity. the site is built using your theme which a volunteer who is no longer available had purchased. His themeforest username is jonathan_lees and he is not replying to any messages. I need some support with the theme for a problem I am having and I cannot register to the forum without the product key. Could you please help me?
    When I create a new page (ie. http://romanianrescueappeal.uk/?page_id=28101&preview=true&_thumbnail_id=-28101 / The New Barcea (Tecuci) Shelter) the image from the first “Media & Text” content block is replicated above all other content. I need to be able to remove that picture

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Issue seems to be related to block editor/Gutenberg. The latest version of Enfold enables you to disable it from Enfold theme options but since you do not have an access to updated version of the theme, we would recommend you to install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-block-editor/ to edit your page.

    Is there any way you can help me get access to the account so I can keep the theme up to date? Would updating the theme allow me to use Gutenberg and not have the issue with the image in any way? The editor is really simple and would prefer to use it

    Hi,

    I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.

    The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and a Personal Token. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

    If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

    Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

    I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

    How much is it and how do I purchase the theme if i have to do option 3?

    Oh thank you. Any discount would be really appreciated as it’s for a charity and we would really like to use the money to rescue the dogs really so anything you can do to help us with pricing would be massively appreciated. Thank you so much

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    Did you apply a featured image to that page? What you’re seeing is the featured image. Switch to the advance layout builde so that the default image doesn’t show.

    2. Can the featured image be left empty?
    3. Is the featured image supposed to be left empty?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    1.) No, you don’t need to enable Gutenberg.
    2.) Yes, it can be empty.
    3.) If you want to display the featured image in the page automatically, then you have to set it. If not, you can just leave it empty. It’s your choice.
