    Hi,

    We are using Enfold 4.5.6 with the MailChimp Newsletter integration on our new website homepage. We have entered and validated the Mailchimp API Key and our list is showing properly.

    Any entry just hangs when we subscribe. We know MailChimp is set up properly because we use the MailChimp integration with Gravity Forms on the website as well.

    The MailChimp Form on the home page hangs every time. But the MailChimp Widget seems to operate properly, and subscribes properly, on a sidebar on other pages.

    What are we doing wrong?

    Hey Roger,
    Sorry for the late reply, I took a look at your page and see that you are getting the error Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () avia_forced_reroute=1
    and also WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403
    on page load, before the form is used.
    I believe this last one is related to the JetPack plugin, please try disabling JetPack and your other plugins to see if that helps.
