    Hello, im trying to upload a fontello zip, but i have thi error:
    Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
    Please reload the page, then try again

    Before that i upload a font and i didnt have any problem.
    Could you help me?

    Thank you, your “PHP ZipArchive Extension” is disabled on your server, please ask your webhost to enable.

    Hi,
    Sorry your “PHP ZipArchive Extension” is not enabled.
    Please see the screenshot in Private Content area.
    Please ask your webhost to help enable it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing the details.

    For testing purpose I tried to upload a fontello zip file but I’m unable to upload as your server does not support this feature.

    Please contact your hosting provider and let us know when you are able to upload a new fontello or flaticon zip file.
