I migrated an Enfold theme website from a design company’s hosting to another hosting environment. When I brought over the site, some of the elements are not rendering in Firefox and Safari. They are rending properly in Chrome. For example the slideshow and testimonals on the home page is not working. The masonry gallery on the neighborhoods page is not rendering at all. Can you please review and let me know. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the login details. Could you point out what is not loading in the browsers in question and on which pages it’s happening on please?
If you don’t own a license then you won’t be able to update the theme unfortunately. I would discuss that with whoever bought the theme.

The issues are with some of the Avia Layout Builder elements. You will see blank space on the following pages:
home page: full screen slider under the main navigation
home page: testimonials
/neighborhoods: masonry gallery
/ist-with-us/how-we-market-your-home: masonry gallery
/downloads: icon list
/about-us/community-outreach: masonry gallery
/blog: masonry galleryCould it be some of the CSS is not working properly in these browsers?
Regarding the theme and license: the latest version that came with the migration is 4.5.5
Please help. Thanks. Jon
April 23, 2019 at 12:53 pm #1093644I think I found the issue. When I disable the Javascript File Merging and Compression….all the above renders. Can you tell me why this is happening?
April 24, 2019 at 5:41 am #1093842Hi,
Thanks for the update, that can happen on some server environments unfortunately. We would have to see the actual problem in order to say for sure though. Are you ok with leaving that option off then?
Best regards,
RikardApril 24, 2019 at 2:13 pm #1093967I would rather fix the issue and not leave. The site is currently working off the enfold child theme. I did test the site and issues when I activate the enfold theme…and it worked. Assuming it is some coding issue inside the child theme. Could that make sense?
