We had this problem before and now after updating php to 7.1 it’s back. We are receiving the following error with recaptcha. I believe last time you gave me a new file to upload to the directory but I don’t fully remember what we did.

Warning: file_get_contents(/home2/activ111/activeandsocial/https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?onload=aviaRecaptchaRender&render=explicit): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/activ111/activeandsocial/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/asset-manager.class.php on line 328

Similar I would guess. It was fixed but then came back when I upgraded the php version.
