Dear Support,
I did not update the theme for a long time on my website.
I wanted to create new pages recently and I faced the issue that, avia site builder is not working anymore. I purchased the theme again on themeforest.com, so I can have support again. I tried to install it manually, but the whole site crashed.
What is the right way to update the theme to get back the working avia site builder again?I also noticed, that I am not running the latest PHP version on my server, but I already contacted the host to make the update.
Best Regards,

Which php are you running? You need to be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work ok.
Can you also check the server log for the error?

Currently I am running php 5.5.38. Is it possible, that this is the reason of the problem?
I will check the server error log as well.

Yes, that should be the reason. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade your PHP version, preferably to 7.x.

YigitApril 23, 2019 at 4:34 pm #1093693Hi,
They just updated the PHP version to 7.2. The site is running fine, but I can’t access the WP admin page, because it is giving me some error.
I don’t have the error code now, but it seems that there is nothing to do with the enfold template.
What should be the solution?

BalintApril 24, 2019 at 1:29 pm #1093960Hi,
It seems to be related to WP Defender, what happens if you navigate to the plugins folder via FTP and rename the folder of that plugin?
Best regards,
RikardMay 9, 2019 at 11:39 am #1098868Hi,
I removed WP Defender plugin, and I updated back to 7.2, but then it gives me some error related to enfold.
It seems like I am stuck in a loop where Enfold is not working with my current version, because it is old, but If I update it then it is not working because my page is old…
Should I try to update to 5.6? Is there any chanche that it will work?
Thank you for you help in advance.
