    Hi there,

    I am running the latest version of Enfold, WP, and hosting with WP Engine. Last week I received an error from google adwords stating that my ads have been discontinued due to a 404 error. WP Engine inspected the issue and say that the error is coming from the theme.

    I replaced the functions.php & header.php files in my child theme with the most recent versions just in case outdated code in those files was the issue. This has broken the main menu and header of the site, and not resolved the issue.

    We need to get o0ur ads back up and running ASAP. Can you help?

    Can you give us steps on how we can see this 404 error?

    Of course, thanks for your quick reply.

    The site loads as usual, and no error is evident until I inspect the code. In Chrome inspect, select “Console” and you can see several errors. Screenshot attached as well. I have a separate thread open regarding the google maps API issue.

    Hi,

    You have selected the home page as your custom 404 page, that is likely why that is happening. Please select another page as your 404 page.
