mailwizz newsletter form code

Hi,
i have put the mailwizz form code in the footer but it does not work. All it does when somebody enters an email is reload the page when it should redirect the user to another page to fill some information. I tried it at another websites with other themes and it works. I also deactivated all the plugins and it does the same thing. A popup that i used with the form works fine and redirects the user to that page.
