    Hi, i am just working on a fresh website (2nd time with the great enfold)
    but I have probleme with dowloading the demo “Enveloppe 2017” in WP. Didn’t work with every others demos also.
    I try also with the XML solution. WP refuse to load “Download and import file attachments”.
    I buy enfold again because the “Enveloppe 2017” was really matching with the Website I want to build.
    When I try to reach the FTP via filezzila, i get this strange message “this server doesn’t support FTP on TLs, if you want to continue your password and your files wil be not secured on Internet”. Do you to edit something with my provider OVH ?
    My logs are in the private section.
    Any help will be so cool.

    Hey Damien,

    Thanks for giving us admin access, when I tried to import the demo, I was getting this in the web console.

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Backend unavailable)

    If I try to import via xml, I’m getting this:

    Error 504: Backend unavailable 

This type of error results generally from the client server, used as a backend.

    Screenshot in private content.
    I think the issue is on your webhost, probably not allowing this.

    Hi Nikko, thanks for this report.
    Do you know if I can ask “OVH” my webhost to do a specific modification? wich one ?
