I bought the Enfold theme but I am face problems editing certain areas. I need the documentation on editing the footer socket/copyright area. I tried from the code editor as well like I normally do, but it did not work.

I am referring to the copyright field underneath the website. I know wat a NoLink is, but I do not want to use the NoLink. I actually do want to refer to certain links in that area..In addition to the above, 2 extra questions. Have a look at my website:
1. In the menu when putting the mouse on ‘Services’, it rolls out the options horizontally. This is a bug. I need it vertically and without a bold font.
2. When looking under the menu, there is an e-mail icon. I also need a cellphone icon. Could you please provide/help?We are facing approaching deadlines so any priority support provided will be appreciated sincerely!

Great, so you want to replace the links in the copyright area in the socket?
So then just add your html links to the copyright field in the footer options

Your services menu item looks like the “mega menu” box was checked, for it of one of the child items, please uncheck it:
The email icon under your menu is added via the social icons options, to add a phone icon simply create a new one:

For your menu item, it is conected to a page called “services”, if you only want it to be a parent item of your sub-menu, then please create a “custom” menu item with a hash tag as the link.

Your question: “Enfold theme by kriesi” is not editable.” True, you add [nolink] to the copyright field and then create your own copyright, very easy? What would you like it to say?For your next question, your screenshot is very clear, you have set the menu item to a page, if you only want it to be a parent item of your sub-menu, then please create it as “custom” menu item with a hash tag as the link so it can contain a sub-menu yet not be a link itself, seems straight forward?
And then for your last question, which is well documented in the link, but perhaps your developer is still having problems with it, I’m happy to help if you share which icons you are trying to use and post admin access.

1) Menu bar takes a lot of space, needs to be decreased in size
By size I’m assuming you are referring to the width of the header.Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

Please provide more details where are you trying to add a phone icon?We do not have skype support, please feel free to communicate here on the support forum. I assure you we will resolve this issue soon. We just need to know what exactly and where you are trying to add.

My intent was to help you resolve the issue, but if you felt otherwise I apologize for the misunderstanding and with all due respect I seek your co-operation to resolve this issue.
I see the title of your ticket is different from the issues you have mentioned and Mike has already provided the solution for the issues which you have mentioned earlier here.
Adding multiple issues in the same ticket can snowball and create confusion and take more time to resolve. Please create new tickets for different issues.
