    Hi there,

    Our webdesigner has left us in the lurch and we cannot get hold of him to update the Enfold v3.8.5 theme to v4.5.5.

    Attached are the WordPress login details. Is there any possibility of having access the latest theme download as we do not have details for the original purchase on Theme Forest.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hey Shervin,

    We can help you to update but we need some kind of verification that you actually own a license of the theme. If you can’t get a hold of the original license then I think you will have to purchase a new license since you will have this problem every time you want to update or access the theme files otherwise.

    The only information we have is the webdesigner’s details:

    Can you tie those details to any sort of registration number/serial in our existing theme?

    If not, then we will have to purchase the theme again. Would it just be a case of buying the latest Enfold theme from Theme Forest and upgrading manually?

    Hi Shervin,

    We can only search for users who are registered on our support forum, and I couldn’t find a user with that email unfortunately. You could try to contact Envato about the problem, but it’s likely that they won’t give out any user details.
