One page theme, link to new page menu, cant get back

I had a normal website but I have created a one page theme which I am loving but I wanted to add another page (for my large restaurant menu)
In the menu I am using the url code of #menu etc to get to each section of page
I have a button that links to the new page mywebsite.com/menuprices/ but when I get there I cannot get back to the one page
It adds the section # to the existing webpage address such as mywebsite.com/menuprices/#menu
What is the simple solution I have missed?
I may end up creating several secondary pages and use the one page as more of a landing page so do I simply create a secondary menu I do not know how to get back to appropriate section of the one page menu
