    I’ve noticed over the past few days that one of the website’s I manage is loading extremely slowly.
    I tried troubleshooting and contacted the site’s host to see if they have been experiencing server issues. They said they had/were not. Then I checked the site’s WP plugins to make sure they were all updated and the theme was current. All are.
    I decided to try uploading the enfold.zip theme and followed the outlined steps in the topic “Updating to Enfold 4.5 and validating Personal Token” post. However, when I get to step 2, the theme upload freezes (I tried twice and waited 10+ minutes each time).
    Not sure of the problem for the site to be so slow?

    Hey Annie,

    You are running the latest version of the theme already, I’m guessing you managed to get it working?

    Hi Rikard,
    Thanks for your response. While I am using the latest version of the theme, the site is still vey slow to load plus the backend WP access is unusually slow. Not like the other sites I have built and use the Enfold template. Any troubleshooting you can provide would be helpful. I provided the login credentials on initial inquiry.
