    Hi there-

We are trying to find a way to drop product category details on product catalog pages (i.e. “Product Posted in: <category 1>, <category 2>, etc.” with links to those respective category summary pages). We are utilizing Woo Commerce with categories we’ve created. Based on a product page that has categories selected for that specific product, is there a Content Element (or sample code) out there that might make it easy to auto-create this line of linked text? Would be grateful for any guidance possible.

    Thanks!

    Hey browning_jeff,

No, Enfold does not have such an element but there are plenty of plugins for building breadcrumbs over there.

Thanks Victoria – much appreciated. We’ll take a look and see if these will get us what we’re looking for.

    thank you!

    Hi,

Did you need additonal help, or shall we close this topic?

    Best regards,

We are specifically wanting a single, comma delimited line of categories on each product page under the description (not the page navigation breadcrumbs that appear at the top of the page), as shown in this Enfold Demo page:

    Hi browning_jeff,

Those are normally available out of the box, do you not have them on a product page?

Could you please give us a link to your website, we need more context to be able to help you.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

None of the demo pages in the Enfold shop theme seem to have it as an option we can add to our individual product pages. The completed code for the above “Blue Blouse” example, looks something like this:

    <span class=”posted_in”>Categories: Business, Women</span>

We are looking for a line of code that would auto-populate the product categories linked to an individual product. Our website link is below.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

Looks like you’re using the advance layout builder for your products. The category element or markup will only render automatically when you’re on the default editor. You have the option to add the categories manually using a text/code block. Or create a custom shortcode.
    Best regards,
    Ismael
