Removing timestamp from latest portfolio widget

I’d like to remove the date and timestamp from the “Enfold Latest Portfolio” widget. Attempted the solution provided in the forum post linked below without success. Please advise.

Is there a way to randomize the portfolio items instead of just showing the most recent?
