    All of a sudden my toggle urls are not opening but going to the main page (first tab) instead. The below url should open up the Outstanding New Member Science Award toggle on the 2nd tab (2019 Award Recipients) of the Awards page. Please help.

    The toggle id of the “Outstanding New Member Science Award” section is 6, not 25, so the url should be.

    No it is 25. I is on the 2nd tab of the page (2019 Award Recipients) not the first tab “Available Awards/Funding”. The page has 3 tabs.

    Hi,

    We can only see one instance of that toggler. It’s the one inside the “SPR Awards” section. Is the other one hidden?

    There are 3 tabs on this page of the website: https://www.societyforpediatricresearch.org/awards-funding/. 1st tab is named “Available Awards/Funding”, 2nd one is named “2019 Award Recipients” and the 3rd in “Past Award Recipients”.
    Each tab has a set of toggles. The only toggle urls working are the ones on the 1st tab. I tried to past a pic but it won’t let me.

    Hi,

    Yes, we can see it now. Didn’t realize it’s a tab section because we’re so focused on the togglers. The id of that toggler is 26, but even if you manage to open it using that link, you won’t be able to see it because the tab section is set to open the first tab initially. Unfortunately, you can’t combine the anchors of the toggle and tab section elements.

    Hi Ismael,
    I understand that the tab section is to open the first tab initally but we have had the 3 tabs on this same website for almost 2 years and it has always worked. Why all of a sudden it does not? We have sent tons of emails with links to the toggle id on the other tabs and they have always opened them. Can you please check into this further? We do not want to redo the website because of this one glitch..

    Hi,

    Not really sure how you managed to open the second tab using the anchors for the togglers, but it’s not supposed to. It doesn’t work that way since. Unfortunately, changing the script will require modification that is beyond the scope of support. Please hire a freelance developer or contact our partner, Codeable.
