Tagged: background image, footer, header
Hi,
how does it works – maybe without coding – to fit an background image to 100%? It works in color sections with the workaround “preference to parallax” but not in the footer and header. Only CSS is working there.
Example
To reduce the image size and keep a good quality of the image, I reduce background images for example to 1920 x … px.
On larger displays it doesn´t fit to 100% site width.
Thanks
Hey AWZ,
Sorry for the late reply. You need custom CSS to achieve that, please link to the site in question and try to explain a bit further what you are looking to change.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
it was not late. You don´t need an example in this case. Please look at the preferences in the enfold backend in any website. In color sections you have a workaround “preference to parallax” but not in the footer and header you don´t have it to achieve 100% width of an image.
The question is: why?
The solution is: please integrate the possibility to have an background image in ALL sections without coding.
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for the update and feedback, we’ll look at implementing that.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
just to understand: Is that possible to have an image as footer background?
Thanks.

Oups.
Sorry, I’ve just seen it in the theme settings “Footer Background image”…
