I already went through the token process last time & Enfold Update page says all is well:
We checked the token on 2019/03/27 18:48 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information: Your purchases, Your username:, Your E-Mail:
But Update fails
An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. Forbidden
This makes me sad and costs the client $$ for me to solve the problem.
Answer: persistence pays off – I just kept trying and eventually the updates worked for all four websites. Only one site did not have “Download Failed” error.
