    After I updated to last version the following error shows up and the website is no more responding:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/it-ability.nl/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /var/www/vhosts/it-ability.nl/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8

    Please investigate

    Problem started when I overwrote old theme by ftp
    Then
    I deleted the theme and did a update again by ftp
    No go – problem still there
    Then
    I deleted the new theme and put my old (backup) theme back

    Now website is accessible but most content is gone
    (( Also – I did started the update because the older version of the theme only shows HTML text in the editor. So the theme is not workable.))

    Please provide support.

    Dear people at Kriesi,
    I thought it was a good choice to buy the enfold theme from you. But it all seems the work out very bad. I lost lay-out.. website content is not showed. For a week now. With no response from you whatsoever. Please give a response !! The theme is ruin my business.

    WordPress has been updated to 5.9.2

    Still getting a critical error when trying to set theme to the new version of Enfold.

    Have other sites using this theme. So I need to resolve this soon or look for an alternative before new problems arise.

    Hi,

    You have the file events_countdown.php double in the shortcode folders, therefore it is loaded twice and this is causing the problem:

    …/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php which is correct
    …/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php which is wrong – please delete this file.

    When uploading the theme via ftp please always delete the complete folder enfold and then upload the new enfold folder.
