Hi, I set the section to take 100% of the page but for some reason that I can’t figure out, it doesn’t take 100%.
How can I fix this?
Thanks.
March 28, 2019 at 12:12 pm #1084057Hey bakbek,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Your site is fetching this css code, which causes the issue:
.av-section-color-overlay-wrap .container { margin-top: -100px !important; }
The buttons are now fixed. Just don’t leave the button link empty.
Best regards,

No, since I could not find it in Quick CSS, maybe I just missed it since it’s in RTL order.
Here is a screenshot showing the negative top margin, it get’s fixed if I remove it using a web inspector.
I’m also hesitant to disable autoptimize and any css merging and minification, since it’s hard to determine where it’s exactly placed when those are enabled.
As for button url, I have tested what you mentioned and it does work fine on my end, I’m not really sure what’s causing it but maybe some plugins interfere with this.
I think you’ll need to create a stage site for it so live site will not be messed up if we need to debug and isolate the issue and try to figure out what’s causing it.Best regards,

I have checked your site again and the section is already taking the full height.
Have you already found out where it’s located? if not maybe it was just some caching issue.Best regards,

I’m not really sure what’s causing that.
I tried that on the button row on my local server and can’t reproduce the same issue.
It might be some plugin or code interferring with it.Best regards,
