Hi there
I’m trying to resolve an issue with non SEO-friendly URLs on our site, which affects our rankings.
The URL it’s complaining about is: https://domain.com/?s=
This seems to be the Enfold search functionality. How can we disable the search function, or at least this page?
We have a child theme and followed the instructions at https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-disable-instant-search/ but the search page is still accessible.
Thanks
Eric
Hey engage24,
You can make the ?s= as no follow / no index links. This should fix your problem after you update the crawling

Hi Basilis,
Thanks, but how do I do that on a page which isn’t actually a physical page?
Thanks
Eric
Hello??
Hi,
We’d like to apologize for the late response.
You can prevent the bots from indexing any url with the search parameter. It can be configured in your robot.txt file.
