Every time I go in to update the page and when I click UPDATE. it takes me to a 404 not found link with this url

I have udpated everything. Cleared Cache…
This has never happened in the years I have edited this site. Something that just started. No new plugins..no changes.Just trying to make a simple change to the home page..remove a graphic and text.
Yes I have and it is still doing it. When I make a change to the home page and click the UPDATE button..it goes to 404!
